More ridiculously lenient sentencing. 12:30 - Jul 5 with 752 viewsHighjack

400 victims. People dead. Lives ruined. 4-11 years in jail.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.
Poll: Should Dippy Drakeford do us all a massive favour and just bog off?

The law is the ABSOLUTE ASS! It happens all the time.

According to Welsh news recently a conman who set up a bogus (cold call) home appliance insurance provider to prey on the vulnerable and rob them out of thousands was given a suspended sentence and banned from being a director for FIVE years.

FFS banned for life would have been the ONLY decent moral and rational action to take.

Observers reckon there are more people living in slavery today than at any point in history. There’s no limit to human cruelty and greed.

They seem to work a lot of the time with 'hand-in-glove' indigenous U.K employers, there seems to be a chain of collaboration/cooperation or at the very least deliberate and blatant inaction to stop it.

The gangmaster culture is rife. If it isn't that? It's appalling employers of standards that belong to an era when people were travelling around in horse drawn carriages.

When I hear the term slavery I automatically think about the tragedies that happened hundreds of years ago, it’s not something that you think happens these days. The conditions the victims were living in and the way they were treated is shocking. I hope the offenders do their full stretch in prison and that they get deported at the end of it.
