The White Pride and Anti-Nazi meet-up's are another waste of money and unnecessary diversion of police manpower also.
One side doing a lot of Sieg Heiling from behind a barrier on one side of the road, and the other lot shouting "Nazi scum" from behind another barrier on the opposite side of the road.
They then disperse to the raison d'etre 'main attraction' i.e. an after event pub (or two, or three) p1ss up. Both sides in unison, sharing a sole purpose to get rather drunk and to feel rather self important because their arch enemy had also collaborated towards their sense of identity/ego-fest. Nothing like the bad guys turning up hey?
Nothing like a media circus to aid and abet the self indulgent and to create self publicity for the wrong-un's that otherwise would have, and should have been completely ignored also! Hangovers aside what has ever been actually ever achieved by this? Cos its the same thing, same place, same weekend the following year!

Pride is a massive multi million pound corporate event these days. Organisations (Tesco being the main sponsor this year) pay enormous amounts to be associated with it. As far as I’m aware there is only 1 fleet for the Red Arrows but they have back up aircraft. There are more pilots than planes, though.
