We need a legal principle of reasonable action with good intention to stop this stupid legal liability nonsense.

Whoever decided to reprimand this guy seems happy to create a culture of fear in an emergency service.

Quote: "Rather than wait for an ambulance".

When you've read a few SWEP stories and read about emergency callout ambulance waits and you read all that, it makes a rational person suggest what is actually wrong here?

I spoke to DATA Cab driver a few months back who has been called in an emergency to take a seriously ill passenger to hospital. Necessity is the mother of intention. But not in the world of the common sense free o.t.t. health and safety loon!

Got to ask yourself two questions.
1 why are these people in authority?
2 why aren't they on the dole?
