An excellent consultation paper, so well done to all involved. Just one point i have to make in the 'Con's of taking legal action', and that is why would decisions at the club be affected during the period of legal action? Surely it is nothing to do with the club itself rather than against the buyers and sellers? It should have no impact on the running of the club whatsoever, unless the Trust are suggesting club money could be diverted to fund any court action or to possibly pay any recompense to the Trust, which would actually be illegal? |  | | |
