Anyone worked out how to print off a ticket purchased online?
I just got a confirmation email and was expecting tickets to follow, they didn't.
I looked in my app and they were there but I want to print a ticket for someone coming separately - where do I find the printable version?

Can't you print from the app or forward the file to another computer to print?
Alternatively you could meet the other person at their entry gate - log them in then get your own seat. |  |

Also whilst I'm at it....... season tickets - my kids' have arrived a while back, mine hasn't. Does this mean I'm not getting one and have to use the electronic version in the app, or should I have had a new card too? | |

Happened to me for a cup game last year. I emailed ticket office a copy of the confirmation email and they sent a pdf of tickets really quickly. |  | | |

If you haven’t moved seats you use the same card as last year. If you have moved to new seats or have bought a completely new season you need to contact the ticket office. |  |

Same seats as last year. The kids have had new cards for the same seats, I'm happy to use last years card. I wonder why they've given them a new card though? You sure I should assume last year's is still okay to use? | |

I received notification from the club today that ST cards are to be reused. The reason the kids have received new cards is because the age bands have changed.
So there you go, all good for Saturday. 👠| |
