Good point. I hadn't thought of that. The paper is discriminating against wheelchair users. The man who has posted it onto his social media in the first instance hasn't thought this through. I think a wheelchair user needs to take a stand (excuse the pun) and sue him for posting such drivel.

Some of these invalids also have mental conditions which have put them in the physical condition they find themselves and bring danger on themselves and others.
Someone needs to find this women before something serious happens,she's probably oblivious to her actions.
