Good Attendance! Should get a good crowd for Cambridge on Wednesday. Maybe reaching 10,000? With it still be the school holidays and the cheap prices.

Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

A bit disappointing with that to be honest. At least 1,500 away fans and beautiful weather, plus good form from the team should have been 18,000 plus regardless of being on SKY.

B*ll*cks! Live on Sky on a Sunday at 12pm, Bank Holiday weekend with a lot of Jacks on Holiday. Disappointed with around16,000 home fans? They had about 1,300 at most. I once watched the Swans beat Birmingham 2-0 (Terry Connor scored 2 goals) and we had 6,000 and I thought that was a cracking crowd.

I remember that game. Didn’t terry score an overhead? Plenty of fisty cuffs outside the ground as I recall.

To be honest there was more there today than I was expecting.

Yes Terry Connor with a cracking overhead kick and it was filmed from the upper East Stand, so they had a cracking angle. The other goal was a good one too. Yes there was a lot of trouble that day. We went to a new bar that had opened on the front, and as we were all walking to the North Bank a few of their boys had their heads banged up against the prison walls.

Quite a lot of season ticket holders in the south by us were not there today.
Birmingham failed to sell about 500 of their second allocation.
Long queues at the ticket office 10 minutes before kick off, loads walked away as it was so slow.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

What a bank holiday weekend beautiful weather and team playing well - they deserve to be playing in a packed stadium.

How anyone can be so fragile and find what I said as some sort bait is beyond me.
There no excuses really.

That was at the vetch. Those days were rather shite. Terry Conner was decent though.
Why do you harp on about the “good old days” when they certainly weren’t good.

No it’s not cheap, but neither is going to the cinema or bowling or out for a meal.
IMO today’s attendance wasn’t that good.

I agree. But they arrive at the pub at opening time, then decide to go to the game. Get to the ground at 20 mnutes before kick off, have to wait, so say fck it, lets have a few more in frankie and bennys.

Spot on. If it had been Cardiff who had, had a good start to the season instead of us and had 17277 , we’d be taking the mick out of them.

It's the West Stand that's letting us down. Well done those who do go...you know who you are YJBs, but that's where the plastics mostly were.
And someone on here was concerned that they left early.

Can someone clarify, we have 3 season tickets in family stand,. We weren't there today as away on holiday. We did catch the 2nd half on sky go.

Are we included in the 17,277 or not?

It's progress on the previous two gates, and proves if you get the results they will come, eventually. People who didn't renew aren't going to go to every game, particularly ones that are on SKY.
