Chester Williams RIP 19:04 - Sep 6 with 645 viewsjackharris

The Black Pearl as he was affectionally named, has passed away. There is something not right about those Springbok players from the World Cup in 1995? Another Heart Attack like the winger Small who passed away just recently.

‘Williams becomes the fifth member of the 1995 squad to pass away, following Small, coach Kitch Christie, flanker Ruben Kruger and legendary scrum-half Joost van der Westhuizen.’

Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Definitely something not right with what that squad were possibly being given.

Rip Chester, brilliant player.

Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.

I remember them smashing the All Whites at St Helens. In fact, I think Chester may have played that day?

Andre Joubert certainly played!!! Apart from Anthony Clement, he was one of the most dynamic full backs I've ever seen!

What a player Joubert was, he scored four tries and converted nine of the 12 tries SA scored in that 78-4 hammering.

The 5th November (1994) was an apt date.

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

And to think Simon Davies scored the opening try!!!!

It was an exhibition of rugby from the Boks that day.
If you remember the All Whites became brutal after and hammered Pontypridd in the cup final 6 months later.
