Population does not equal to success, otherwise China and India would be World beaters.
You could maybe argue they should have won something with the infrastructure that they have, but blimey, as Wales fans, we can hardly take the mick. England have consistently got to the group stages and last 16/quarters of nearly all competitions for the last 80 odd years.
