Yep, external and internal at the same time, so fvcking painful. It seems obvious but don't sit around to long.
If you already haven't been prescribed it then ask your doctor for "Instillagel Pre -Filled Syringes 11ML". This is a local anaesthetic and disinfectant gel to put on your arse ðŸ˜. It really effective.
Also make sure you don't get constipated.
