No, I did it. He has publicly quit the board and my experience says the best way to continue this was to help him with his cold turkey.

He was back for a few weeks, showed his true colours many times with many insults towards people and then slights on any profession he didn't have a high opinion with. If he doesnt want to post here (which I assume was the point of this thread) then I have just granted his wish.
