Well I'm still alive lol thanks for asking.
Should have been gone a long time ago, currently in Ravenna in Italy on the recommendation of W. Hunt before starting a few months of heavy duty chemotherapy. Then I ll be in Spain for a while recovering going down the natural alternative treatments route. It can be beaten.
Hope the missus is doing well.

Oh good, glad you enjoyed it - me and the missus loved it.
Transport in Italy is amazingly cheap and the trains are fantastic. Read a great book by Tim Parks (who also wrote about being an Englishman following his adopted Verona FC) on travelling across Italy by train if you’re interested.

Good luck with the treatment. Hope the R and R before the next phase of treatment goes well, if you need to use the Spanish health service, it’s very good. We had cause to use it over the summer, they saved one of family’s life. |  | | |

She’s doing ok at the moment, thanks. We (like all cancer patients and their families) live in constant fear of recurrence.
