Quite bizarre that they sell for 38 million but would want an additional 15 million if we got promoted.
So the new buyer invests to get us promoted then has to give the leeches more money.
I know it’s paper talk but I said it from the day he was appointed Trevs here to get us in a position to sell.

Football not the business for Terry Matthews to get into, he doesn’t do anything without getting millions back and that won’t happen, especially with us.

Ultimately the plan is to sell, but then again that has always been the long term aim. Saying Birch has been brought in with that remit is hardly a revelation.
His primary job has been to get the club running on a sustainable basis again, which we don't appear to be far off, if we're not already there. |  |

I don’t see a big problem with that. If Birch has actually got us on a fairly even keel, £38m for a Championship side isn’t a bad price. £53m for a PL side is a steal.
How long do these sales tend to take? If they are only at the early stage that article suggests, it may take until the end of the season anyway. | | | |

So they are looking at £38m for approximately 70% of the club. If they sold out and moved their assets abroad, how would that effect the Trust re litigation? Would new owners be prepared to purchase the club with litigation on going? Lots of issues. | | | |

No, much too late. They, and Jenkins/Dindick and the tw*ts have seriously wounded us. But I’m very apprehensive about what comes next. I’d like to see a real analysis but changes of ownership with the aim of making money rarely end well. Worse in the championship I bet. This is why I truly I hate Jenkins and the ‘we’ll never take the risk of us being in this position again’ arseholes. | |
