Most of the top ones are proven PL players who got relegated. Although there are a couple just above Dan who have gone on to do nothing. More than £20m would have been improbable given what we knew at the time. I don’t know what or how much the addons are though over the £15k.
I am surprised Oli went for more than Dan. Dan was obviously the one with more potential.
