Rose tinted glasses I know, but the humour that was on this site, and Jackarmy, seems to be getting less. Maybe a bit more leeway in accepting points of views are needed or just a shrug of the shoulder that others can see things differently.

That’s a fair point.
I would say, however, that it’s quite hard to post controlled responses when quite venal views are constantly repeated.
Maybe we should try harder, but I’m not sure it’s right to say that less leeway is being given to different points of view. I believe it may be more accurate to say that points of view which are becoming more and more extreme are becoming the norm. The natural reaction is to become less good humoured about our reactions to them. Particularly when such extreme views are so often at the expense of the same groups and being expressed by the same people. | | | |

The accusation (that you describe as mudslinging) is that Epstein had girls of various ages who were being trafficked as sex slaves.actualky it’s not even an accusation. It’s been proved.
And one of them at least has accused Prince Andrew as having sex with her. On three occasions.
In London, New York and in most of the civilised world, keeping sex slaves is, in fact, illegal. Forcing them to have sex with guests is illegal. The sheer evil of it should go without saying.
