Is it a telescope? 09:25 - Nov 26 with 1487 views

There's a house a few hundred yards from the Liberty on Neath Road with what looks like two telescopes/cameras on the outside wall. One of them is about the size of a Gatling gun.

Is this a police thing, does anyone know? The bigger of the two looks a bleedin' powerful bit of kit.

There's a few of these around and all things considered, we'd probably be just as well off with Gatling guns!
