I had tests for all the nasty stuff as well and that was clear.
Doc did give me prescription for some IBS medication but I didn't want to take it so just lived with it.

It’s the fibre and inulin helping you there. The inulin is a prebiotic which will encourage a healthier microbiota. The Probiotic in there is a waste of time as won’t reach the lower gut.
