Swansea City Under-23s lead coach Gary Richards has left his role at the club.
Richard departs after a long-running association with Swansea City, and is expected to officially reunite with Cameron Toshack at Cypriot top-flight club Pafos FC.
Richards, 56, spent the last four years working alongside Toshack as joint under-23s lead coach.
Swansea City chairman Trevor Birch said: “Everyone at Swansea City would like to thank Gary for his fantastic service to the club over the years and wish him well for the future.”

The 'black hole' is cleared, parachute payments are NOT reducing (we essentially had zero parachute payment this season because it was used to fill the 'black hole'), Borja, Ayew, and VDH will be off the wage bill, and we will have a surplus of cash due to player sales (the yanks will surely not invest it).

If we were able to use the parachute payment for anything other than debt reduction, why did we not buy players?
The 'black hole' after factoring in the parachute payment was roughly 30M. We got 40.5M from losing James, McBurnie, J.Ayew, & Potter.

Because at least 20 teams in this division are, to look at their annual accounts. Everyone's only treading water through big ownership investment or player sales. You have to run a spectacularly tight ship to break even otherwise.

As Monmouth has said, it’s never too late. A mate of mine is a professional sports coach and he’s worked away quite a lot, he’s now fairly local because he has a young kids and needs to be home more.
