Tried to renew online yesterday with different cards.
In the end phoned Ticket Office and they said some others had the same problem.

Whenever you change cards or use different ones you can expect minor problems but worth reminding us, all the same. I'm still having to jump through hoops online even when transferring money within my own bank.
My cards and cad numbers were updated in September so I expect I'll have a bit of a hassle in January. |  |

The online system and the app are poor. I had no end of problems and ended up going in to the ticket office where I was told that lots of people had comnplained, especially about the app. | |
