There's also been protests all over South America about neoliberal f*ckery. What do we do in this country? Vote for the worst humans in the world. The original gangsters for finance. They do own the media, though, in fairness. We voted for more of these c*nts.

Stopping news being reported for public safety reasons? Hmmm, some people would consider that authoritarian, the stuff of dictatorships. I've seen plenty of public order incidents reported yet never felt the need to join in.

This. It is being reported - Guardian, Independent and BBC all been reporting on it since the New Year. Most of the rest of the press have been getting into a flap around the Royals and probably think stuff in another country isn't of interest to their audience. And they're probably right.

It is the UK taxpayers who pay subsidies to Uk farmers. The money goes via the EU who take a large percentage off for their expenses. The common agricultural policy was designed by the Fench to subsidise their inefficient small farmers who often have other jobs as well as small holdings. Tony Blair agreed to give back some of the UK's refund in return for the EU reforming the CAP. Needless to say the EU took our refund and kept the CAP. Our farmers have been promised they will receive the same amount of funds in the interim until a new system is put in place which favours environmental changes and consumer interest (lower food prices).
