What's your favourite sausage Dicko, and where do you get them from?'
My old Dad loves those 'orrible Richmond sods.
Plenty of sausage in the massage parlour.
I like them put on a bed of foil on a baking tray in a 180 degrees centigrade oven. I check them after 20 mins and then turn them and leave them for 5 further minutes.
As long as the meat content is 80% or more I don't mind what make they are.
If you knew what went into cheap sausages you would never eat them.
Anyways, good quality bangers with onion gravy and Swede and potato mash with peas n carrots is right up there with the best.
Now we are talking
Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Try it...you'll thank me..... (the thick ones mind..)
Pearls of wisdom.
First I tried a beef sausage was with a Welshman in Queenstown, New Zealand. Could not eat them for breakfast despite being on a budget. Now I dont mind a beef sausage however the sear and medium heat for 30 mins is the way to go.
At least 25 mins you say, how about I try them in a slow cooker for 3 hours then brown them in the frying pan?
There was a butchers in Sketty (Thomas's was it, Frogmore Avenue?) that did award winning sausages. When I was working over that way I used to pick up 6 every Saturday, tried a different type every week.
My missus loved a sausage until she found out what was in them! Unless we can get specially made, very high meat content we don't bother now because she's fussy.
I've been experimenting with some vegan options. I must say some are absolutely delicious.
I concur.
I would also give a massive shout out to Fry’s vegan burgers. On a taste front they are as near to a traditional fairground burger as you could possibly get. Delicious.

Where can one purchase those?
