Bowler did play for the first team as a substitute away to Norwich on the last day of the season.

The article is about Paul Hall, under 23 manager. It doesn't mention Paul Furlong or the under 18s. BOS has played for the under 23s. Including Faisal Bettache, 12 of the 19 have played for the under 18s and younger. | | | |

Exactly, BOS wasn't through the youth system but we did develop him. From where he was when he left Blackpool to his current ability is in part down to our coaches including those in the U23's who helped him get into the first team. |  | | |

To be fair BOS has effectively come through the U-23s which is what Paul Hart's and Andy Impey's primary focus is.

Given they have Abraham, Mount, Tomori, Hudson-Odoi and Loftus-Cheek in the England squad and Reece James to follow, I am sure they dont feel too much shame at the moment.
But what is nice is that our approach is getting some recognition, this is what we wanted after all. Buy them young with a view to the first team and ultimately for a club in our position, sell high |  |
