This current storm is causing many people real problems, and in some cases causing injury or worse ?
Yet endless messages on FB with locals talking about internet (Virgin, which is strange as cables are in the ground ? ) being off.
Surely a lot more important problems at the moment, like loss of electricity and heating, damage to people and property, etc ?
I know internet is an important part of most of our lives now, but we can survive without it for a few hours, wouldn't you think ?
Especially as said people must still have had access to internet to post their messages ! |  |
