I have to hand it to him, I have given Aldo plenty of stick this season in the games he has played where he looked way off the pace and didn't seem to offer any threat at all.
Today however was his best game for us by a country mile, admittedly it was helped by Huddersfield giving him the freedom of the Liberty in the first half and we can't except every team to give him that amount of space. That said however he was exciting to watch and I had hopes every time we got the ball out early to him so that he could isolate defenders and create something.
One good game doesn't completely change my opinion on him, but I would definitely be happy to see him get more game time based on this performance. |  | | |  |

I guess he was being "managed", as they say, after injury - which makes sense, especially as he's not our player. Players don't go from long term injury to playing regularly e.g. Lamela for Spurs. BTW, I don't recall anyone performing well at QPR in the cup. What was the score? | | | |

Lamela's just an example of a player coming back from injury, that's all. Even with Spurs' current injury crisis, Lamela can't play more than 30mins. No I wasn't at Loftus Rd but I did see the match. FWIW, today is the best I've seen Kalulu play. Not quite sure what your point is. | | | |
