I hope the club are keeping an eye on them. Next season would probably be too soon for both parties, but bringing back Toshack as first team manager could be a good option. He would know the club and potentially some of the players, and would have 2 years of first team managerial experience. Almost like sending a manager out on loan. |  |

On the basis of their performance with our u23 team, it seems obvious that they have the ability to coach a team to win consistently.
