I suggested that wild theory about 2 weeks ago. But that was on the basis that Potter had Brighton playing good passing football (which was the case in 2019). I watched the 2nd half of their game, and boy they were boring to watch. Potter's big weakness has always been lack of creativity in the final third. |  |

Not many teams do it the Burnley way. The trend these days seems to be two or three managers per season in an effort to get some new manager bounce when its most needed. I would be very interested to see what Brighton do if they are five or six points from safety with six games to go. | |

We dominated many games and had great possession numbers, but didn't score enough goals.
We had some great moments, but as a whole it was a disappointing first half of the season. We weren't very clinical and were punished for it.
