| When was the last time, this late in a season on 19:33 - Mar 7 with 916 views | Chief | We did well with Sousa as manager considering the way Martinez did (in part) and tried further to rape our club, from which Sousa was tasked with rebuilding. His main strength was our defence. But if you listen to people that were there at the time (massive egos I accept - you know who I'm talking about) how much of that defensive rigidity was down to Paulo and his staff I'm not sure. But he was the figurehead at the end of the day and deserves respect. The foundations were laid for the next man to move us forward again. | |

Never thought i'd see the day when Monny would launch such a vicious attack on another well respected poster. Gutted i am. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

With the exception that Sousa inherited a team playing great football and turned us into the most boring team we had seen for many years. Cooper has turned a 'meh' team into a even more 'meh' team. |
Sousa took over a team shorn of most of its best goalscorers and hampered by a meddling chairman who was desperate to bring Trundle and Akinfenwa back. Was dull to watch but that season could have gone so much worse. The defensive steel and organisation he instilled in comparison to his predecessor certainly made Rodgers' job less complicated.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

| When was the last time, this late in a season on 20:02 - Mar 7 with 841 views | Glyn1 | The high number of draws is worth thinking about if they are the reason that we won't get the 73 points probably needed to scrape into the play-offs... Which we won't. People keep saying that it'd be better to win one and lose one rather than draw twice, but that's not how managers think. | |

Well, that would have been two fewer draws. Wouldn't it. And, BTW, you are not "us all".
