Many moons ago I was presented with a rather large and heavy bronze trophy by Gareth, the photographer ask me to pass it back to Gareth so he could take another photo.
In fun I said " but he'll only drop it or knock it on" he didn't see the funny side.

He was on the Swans books back in the day too.
I remember him being due to play in the annual game Aberaman used to organize against Welsh Academicals. He pulled out and we got the likes of Jeff Squire and Graham Price. In the clubhouse after the game, my brother said to Price "didn't know you went to Uni!" Price muttered, "Say f uck all's best" :) |  |
