Here's anotheer one there was not a reagent supply issue earlier in the month only to correct this after the Chemical Industries Association confirmed there were supply difficulties.
This is a failure to apply the fundamental journalism principles of checking your sources and verifying your stories. In these days of 24 hour news it is more important to get a story out first rather than do the necessary investigative work. | |
