It looks like one of the other possibilities that's being considered is just using a small number of grounds for all matches so that each one can be suitably manned and equipped for testing without having to replicate that setup at 20 different stadia which would make sense. I guess if there are no fans present, nobody would have home advantage anyway. | | | |

Course they'd have an advantage.
