I would like to throw Brad Maylett into the hat. Came on loan for a couple of games and joined us permanently the next season and scored a hat trick in his first game, then did nothing after. He went on to non league obscurity.

I don't think Bartley is/was a bad player.

Leeds worshipped him when he was there - as captain - and he starts in a WBA side that hasn't been outside the top 3 all season.

He just never had a run of games here.

Personally, I think we were daft letting him go when we got relegated. Centre back is a bit of an issue for us at the moment with 2 on loan, VDH possibly not extending his contract and Rodon could be off? Leaves us with just Cabango.

I remember Vasquez being absolutely slaughtered by Williams at the end of the first half of an FA Cup game against Birmingham. You do see teammates have a go at each other, but it was clear Williams had no respect for him at all.

I didn't mind Shechter - he tried, and I loved the fact he eventually scored (albeit with a huge deflection). The odds on us scoring 3 and the scorers being Rangel, Shechter and Tiandalli
