Celina's Goal v Man City on 16:20 - May 7 by pencoedjack

Perhaps. Or perhaps he’s had his confidence shattered by crap coaching and management. At that time he had the confidence to do that after making a total arse of himself at WBA. Now he looks to have no confidence at all. And he’s not alone.

Beautiful goal. Does it top our goal away at Blackburn in the PL, where Lita scored after a long passing spell? That was superb football.
Best quality I could find. Less incisive than Celina's, but those nifty triangles, and give-and-go approach is so pleasing on the eye. I miss that shit.

Hard to compare but we had a much better team then and we weren’t playing by far and away the best team in the country at the time.
For those reasons I tend to go with the one against Man City.

I agree completely Joe, a team of young second division kids against one of the best teams in Europe / the world.
A contrast with Brendans football, 4 seconds from back to front and bang a goal. I don’t think City were able to do anything about it either. Perfection - a goal Laudrup would have loved his Swans team to score I’m sure.
Edit - alright, that’s not counting the little bit of interplay with the keeper around the box lol . Point is when the ball did go forward it went very quickly.
