How is that in any way comparable? What I was defending, and still defend, is the right to simply say ‘no thank you’ to a request to perform a task a small business finds deeply distasteful. The Belfast case was deliberately brought by political activists in the attempt to establish a legal precedent. If you want to produce a parallel try and imagine somebody walking into a Hebrew tattooist and asking for a ‘Belsen was a gas’ design.
The media situation is entirely different. I’ve no idea if Hopkins is aware of the precedent set by Lord Chief Justice Parker in 1968 but if a person is subject to attack they have the legal right of reply on that same medium. It has nothing to do with what she has done in the past.
If as they say she was banned for speaking common sense, ie do not have kids if you can't afford to feed them and don't expect us to do it for you, then it is you who are deluded.
Being banned by private companies is currently not aginst the law, but when that company declares itself for free speech then it is wrong.
They are controlling the narrative, we already know that they have an agenda, you only need to look at who they banned in the US and I am not talking about Trump.
