Great little motor until I wrapped it round a tree near a local nightclub.

Be worth a fortune now.

Nobody coughing to an Austin Maestro.
I bought one brand new in 1984.
A steaming turd of a car.

We all make mistakes

Mine was a red, knackered, Austin Metro, 1982.

It was on it's last legs when I bought it for £200 in the mid 90s. Needed some choke to get it started and the handbrake was dodgy as f*ck.
Loved driving that thing though.

Didn't get any car 'action' until I upgraded to a Ford Escort.
A blonde from Maesteg with a page 3 figure managed to keep me occupied for so long in the back seat one night that the battery went flat (radio was playing).
Happy days.

First car was a Vauxhall Chevette estate which I bought from Swansea Car Auctions for about £500, it was a bit of a dog, unbeknown to me the floor had rusted through and it leaked like a sieve and I had to patch it with fibreglass. Lasted me about 5 years, I then progressed to a Ford Cortina which was another dog!

Morris Marina from the auctions. About 6 months later I was seeing a girl called Marina Morris. True.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Im proud to say after a pursuit,I blew the Big Ends to pieces and dined out on that for about a week
