It’s. An odd strategy as when we had thousands of individual outbreaks started in February- April there was apparently no need for quarantine or restrictions. I don’t disagree
With it- but should include testing that could make it only a week.

There has to be a cut off time, bit like your car insurance.

You are insured at 11:59 on the expiry date, then 2 minutes later you're not.
