What would Wales get for finishing first? There are a number of benefits to finishing at the summit of the standings. Should Wales finish first, they would gain promotion into League A.
This would see them battle it out with the big guns of European international football in the next edition of the Nations League, which, when fans are able to attend matches, will likely provide a significant revenue boost to the Football Association of Wales. There's also a direct financial benefit from UEFA. Reports have stated that Wales will bank £3m if they top their group. And arguably the biggest incentive is that it would give them a better Nations League ranking.

So how does it affect qualification for the 2022 World Cup?

13 of the 32 teams that will compete at the next World Cup will be from Europe.

The 10 group winners in the traditional qualifying system will book their place at the Qatar tournament. After that, there will be three more spots up for grabs, and that's where the Nations League comes in. The 10 best group runners-up from the regular qualifying system will be joined by the best two Nations League group winners, based on their overall Nations League ranking, who did not directly qualify or reach the play-offs.

They will then be split into three separate play-off paths. There will be two single-leg semi-finals and a final in each play-off path, with the victor in each of the three paths earning a spot at the next World Cup.

Wales are currently 19th in the Nations League rankings.

What do we know about Finland ?

Finland is a country near Scotland, it has many people from Finland living there, some are over the age of twelve. Those that are are under the age of twelve are not. Finland is the happiest country in the world to live, this is based on probable fact. Sweden is a country next to Finland and then so is Russia. During the war ... Finland decided to be on the side of Germany because Russia blew up Helsinki, Russia then stole lots of land, this was very annoying to the people of Finland who decided to go fishing. Then a bit later they started fighting the Russians, the Russians got really annoyed and blew up more bits of Finland, in 1944 Finland decided being German was a bad thing and in true Italian style switched sides and went fishing again. Thirty percent of all Finland’s aggressors died in concentration camps during the war, that’s a lot of concentrating and makes them very good at being a German at the time, although they will always say they were not and we’re merely fighting Russians.

People in Finland have blonde hair, those who don’t have blonde hair are considered to be non blondes. The last time this was in discussion four people got together in a pub and none of them had blonde hair. Finland is famous for a delicacy called roll mop. This is a disgusting dead and over ripe fish based food which is dipped in a gravy based mans anus, and then kept in vinegar for a week at room temperature. Thereafter it be carried around in the anal cavity of a woman aged over seventy five years or more. It’s only then that this wonderful delicacy is ready to be eaten. Different classifications of roll mop are available, quite simply the longer the anal carrying, the higher the grade of roll mop.

A roll mop yesterday

Fishing is the main hobby in Finland, usually in rivers, lakes and the sea, fishing is taught in schools ...

To have a good day out at the fishing water is required, usually with fish in it, in 1978 Albert Herring came up with the idea of fishing without fish, he replaced the fish with bread. Unfortunately it didn’t catch on although breading as it became known is still practised in Tenojoki and a Finland settlement of people near Rhyl in North Wales. Perch is one fish, another is salmon. Mothers Pride is a bread, so is a Tesco.

Bjork is from Finland, as a child he ran errands for the local sweet shop manager, Trevor.

When Iceland opened a shop in Finland Bjork got very angry and screamed so loudly his penis fell off. His family got very angry as well and moved away from Finland on an old tractor they bought off Englebert Humperdink’s sister Gloria. Obviously much of this has been suppressed by Bjork’s family but we do strive very hard on Swansea Independent to bring you the absolute truth in our Matchday threads. As an aside Bjork in Scandinavia means Birch, yes, I think you can see what we did there.

This is a Bjork, as you can see he has been sick on his face

Massive game, Wales hard to beat winning lots of games and not conceding and Finland bang in form even recently winning a friendly away to the World champions by a few goals.
Not just promotion to Group A on the line but the benefit of having a higher seeding for future qualifying tournaments and possibly getting a play off berth for the next WC all on the back of this game.

We wont lose.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Wales should work hard to keep the score down. They lost 5-0 at home. On an unrelated matter Bjork is Icelandic.. I am not comfortable with criticiisms and parodies of the woman. Valid of course. An absolute Iclandic icon who makes her own style formed on hot balcks rocks.

The Welsh u21 team shorn of the Cabango, Matondo, Levits, Smith, Ampadu, N-Davies are up against it . However I see no reason why Bodin cannot coach this side to a ceditable scoreline with commitment and a high workrate. Sometimes this is what a Welsh teams just has to do. Coxe, Cooper, Clifton, Taylor, Jephot, Boyes, Poole, Broadhead all have senoir experience. Too often these teams have gone through the motions and taken a 6-0. It must not happen,

Hope our boys are watching Spain and the way in which they are demolishing Germany with confident, free flowing football.

Also hope Vik is watching Morata - he could do a similar job for us, which he has shown he can do.

Spain, a joy to watch.

There s a very useful £1.5m at stake for this game. Players will probably get some bunce for their efforts.

A nice little £20k would go down well for Wales league 2 players.

More to the point is dinning at the top table, if we get the right result.
We have the Euro's next year, WC cup qualifying on the horizon and we might well have a play off place on the back of our Nation's League performance and then when the Nation's League comes back around we would be in one of the top leagues if we get a result against the Finn's tomorrow.

No Ben Davies, Neco Williams or David Brooks from Sundays win (Davies suspended) in comes Connor Roberts, J Lawrence and Harry Wilson.

I think we are setting up quite conservatively, we have Kieffer Moore, Tyler Roberts, Joniesta, David Brooks and Neco on the bench if we need to change things up.

Playing 10 men and we've got no one in the box half the time, and two defensive mids dropping in to collect the ball off three centre halves.

Get the big man on imo.

Wilson must be happy playing alongside Bale and getting decent service from the right back.
