Charity Donations via Shares 12:07 - Nov 28 with 138 viewsonehunglow

Friends.
Just a suggestion hee.

Recently ,although being a careful man,I found I till held shares that I thought I had sold mainly die to my filling out the sale form incorrectly. It meant I was left with a relatively mall number of shares and also the dividends taken in the form of further shares.

Rather than pay £50 for Computershare sell ,I am donating to charity ,in this case,Motor Neurone. I spoke to Computershare and they tell me there ae thousands of shares out there simply redundant in a bottom drawer somewhere earning jackshit for dividends.

If you do have any shares that are unwanted then they have a Share gift scheme at;

Computer Investment services
The Pavilion
Bristol
BS99 6ZZ

Every little bit helps so have a look at your finance drawer and see if there are some shares that really do not earn you much in dividends.

Thanks
