The Pembrokeshire Murders on 18:58 - Jan 11 with 2310 views | KeithHaynes | Mate of mine sadly now departed was pulled in for this after a picture in the paper was published ,which I have to say looked just like him. We used to live in a small village called Wolfscastle near the place the actual murderer lived ( Letterstone) he lived for a time above the chippy. He was often seen in the village by the local school. People used to say he was ok, he was on Bullseye you know. Safe passage 😂

Lovely part of the world. How did you end up there Keith, if you don’t mind me asking? Scolton Manor isn’t too far away, I don’t think. I attended a series of Summer lectures there what seems to be about a hundred years ago now.

Family all from there mate, and ireland, I was born in Wales, but don’t dig too deep as you will find out where. Every swans fans nightmare 😂 Scolton Manor always a good place to go as a kid, very close to home. I used to play for Crundale and camrose as a kid / teenager, then Haverfordwest Co. Then the band took its course. Yes, lovely area, too far away from everywhere for me. Unlike many I know there who have lived there all their lives I just had to go and explore, and when I did I never went back.

I agree with that. Luke Evans is a big name but it seemed pedestrian to me

The Pembrokeshire Murders on 15:06 - Jan 12 with 2081 views | Scotia | I enjoyed last nights episode. I love the Pembs coast, easily the most picturesque part of the UK IMHO. We're very lucky it isn't as busy as Cornwall. Yet. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I enjoyed it as well, although it was a little slow at first. I know 2 of the actors in it, used to drink in the same pub as me a few years back, we also shared a great interest in fishing. I managed to get tickets for both of them when we beat Bradford at Wembley, we had quite a night celebrating in the Ibis hotel that night.

The Pembrokeshire Murders on 22:11 - Jan 12 with 1943 views | britferry | Part of this was filmed in Swansea. The Dyfed Powys cop shop at the start of the 1st episode was the old office block down Alcoa. This is what you could have won

Keith Allen was from Gorseinon. I used to go and see the Swans with his dad, Eddie. I also worked with Caroline's dad Ray.

Yes. Used go to watch the Swans with him sometimes.
The Pembrokeshire Murders on 10:19 - Jan 13 with 1769 views | onehunglow | It is still rather plodding ,for me. Luke Evans is very disappointing for me unless that personality he is portraying is that of Wilkins himself.

ditto turned the 1st episode off with about 15 mins to go,may give it another go on catch up. One positive it did give was a reminder how beautiful the area is and that we must visit for a few days when we have this pandemic beat.

It is slow going although the denouement might be better tonight. Luke Evans seems to be acting well within himself. Looking at it though could see thousands more wanting to visit which creates its own problems. It's tough for locals in any holiday area

It was pretty dire and Evans looked and acting as if it was beneath him.A great crime tale badly done. It was held in Swansea Crown Court but filmed the post trial at what looked like CARDIFF crown court.
