Typical of the French and the EU. The French fishermen already breaking the agreement the EU signed and trying to bully an independent Jersey who were never even in the EU.
If the French fishermen cannot fill in the paperwork needed to get a licence to fish in Jersey's territorial waters they resort to bully boy tactics . A country of 67 million bullying little old Jersey an independent island of 175,000.
No doubt the EU will stick it's head in the sand and ignore the enforcement of their own treaty. |  |

They are reputed to be yes.
However,and I know Im rather different but we've been 3 times and had no issues.The art is to stay well away from the tourist honey pots as regards eating.Montmartre is a shythole really as prime example.We stayed 18th Arrondisement.Eat local every time.
I find French people much more friendly that Spanish and Portuguese where the men in particular can be very arrogant,Mourinhoesque.
The most unfriendly,unheloful,arrogant people Ive met have been in Montreal and Quebec City. In fact the further into Quebec you go the worse it gets . Excessive warped pride in country and language fascists to boot.
