A recent report has concluded that OCG’s from the Liverpool area have been targeting children and vulnerable people to get them under their wing and use them as part of their drug trafficking routes to the street.
Dyfed Powys police have asked residents to report anything suspicious.

County lines refers specifically to drugs, whereas OCG is a wider term which would include drug dealing gangs, but it could also include other times of criminals a gang of car thieves who were stealing and selling on dodgy motors. | | | |
