Coopers sees his trajectory continue to go upwards the fans are happy and the club gets compensation after a contract extension. e) The change in team dynamics is most quickly improved by the inclusion of a football technical European specialist probably with an Iberian background. f) This might be driven either by a sophisticated chairman or a "Director of football". g) A these things cost and covered possibly at least in part by the replacement of Marsh and Tate.

Are you hinting again at Rangel getting a role?

the football play by Cooper teams is however perceived by some as dull and uninspiring. It’s not perceived as dull and uninspiring it is dull and uninspiring. In a pre-season friendly we did exactly the same as last season even defending a one goal lead with 30 minutes to go. How many attempts on target in the second half? A wasted opposrtunity to rry anything new or to increase intensity.

I only saw the second half we had a few moments, but overall I think Plymouth were unlucky not to draw the game admittedly there were lots of changes, but again that's what friendlies are about. It's all good nobody can really take anything from tonight's game same can be said for last weeks games as well, lets see how we look on Saturday, Liam Walsh looks an excellent addition, as dos Joel Piroe. . Res, from what I can see on here you are clearly the most informed about the fans' Trust. Do you know whether the trust can shed some light on such crucial speculation about the Club and it's manager ? Does the trust have anything it can share with the fans it represents ? .

No that is not correct. I have simply trying to get an understanding of what they are trying to achieve and dissuade them from going to court. This has failed so the subject is now closed as far as I am concerned. I believe a director of football and coaching changes might have been forced on the manager. There is a very clear logic for this and he may have been reluctantly persuaded to accept it. Progression sometimes needs changes.

Maybe 14000 season ticket holders should be given compassionate leave after the crap we had to watch last season

if thats the case surely the club would have said something? literally at the end of any article published in the last week could have had a bit at the bottom saying "Marsh is not currently with the first team for personal reasons" No more needs to be said!
Marsh not evident at Plymouth on 11:12 - Jul 21 with 1483 views | Chief | Don't think it's really the type of thing that should be disputed or doubted. Until we know more probably best to just accept that he is on compassionate leave. [Post edited 21 Jul 2021 11:22]

Even that doesn't need to be said, honestly. It's preseason and he's just an assistant manager, people seem a bit desperate for there to be drama at the moment. Everything the club say and don't say being taken as evidence of imminent happenings.

You would have thought so, what is equally as concerning is people thinking his absence for the last nine days is ok.

Not sure on that one Keith, compassionate leave it usually associated with either death or terminal diagnosis of a close family member without the details & it would not be for the club to release that without consent of Marsh not sure we should be speculating. Clearly something at the club is not right & Marsh is Cooper’s man but compassionate leave is materially different to garden leave, unless of course some porkies are being told.

Only a smidge better finishing and Plymouth could have come away with three or four. I couldn’t work out out defence, was it a three with Naughton, Bennett and Lati or as commentary suggested a four with Naughton, Bennett, Latibeaudiere and Bidwell! Whatever, Bidwell seemed to play as a wing back and our left was all over the place. Without Cabango and Guehi we may have been but all of that back line played in those positions last season.

Marsh not evident at Plymouth on 12:26 - Jul 21 with 1259 views | Dr_Parnassus | I’m reluctantly starting to see the end may be imminent. I just hope we have someone lined up as it seems absolutely bonkers this close to the start of the season. Must be a huge breakdown in relationship between manager and ‘club men’ for it to come to this. I think January was another indication with him wanting that out and out striker and having to make do with the American off season loans that were forced upon him. What is absolutely clear is this cannot continue to rumble on.
