Llanelli v Ammanford tonight 22:30 - Jul 23 with 1138 viewsChief

0-3 but the only difference between the teams was Lee Trundle. Scored 2, made 1. Leon played the full 90 too.

Alfei, Copp and Loveridge played for Llanelli.

Over 800 there apparently, which is massive for that level.

Lee still has the pulling power.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Lee Trundle is a fantastic example for academy coaches across the country to use to help emphasise the importance of keeping in shape and making the most of your limited time as a professional footballer.

He wasted his talent. I wonder if he regrets it when reflecting on his career?

I remember Guillem Balagué discussing Lee Trundle when he was at his peak and was questioned as to why he was not playing in the Premier League. His answer was, you need three corners of a triangle to play at the very top skill, a football brain and the ability to train and maintain at an absolute peak fitness. He said he had an abundance of the first two but would never be able to maintain the third. He is normally a good judge.

Still a million pound player.

Not bad for a late starter in the pro game.

Entertainer with few equals.
Trunds was box office.
