Couple of pubs before the footpath get there early though because of the lack of pubs on the way to the ground it gets busy. I'd use Google maps on the way back to the train station or you could get stuck in their version of the enterprise zone. | | | |

I visit Derby regularly for work and to see friends who live there so it’s a sociable away trip for me.
Last season I parked at the Derby Conference Centre on the A6 London Road. Cost me £5 to park, safe and secure, and there a bar/food inside the Conference Centre. Took about 15 mins to walk to the ground. It’s a grade 2 listed building. Received a warm welcome and wore my colours without issue. Highly recommended.
There’s only a few restaurants near the ground, ok for a meal and a few drinks but they will be very busy and overly priced. Don’t wear colours and book ahead. Far better to park away from the stadium and walk.
