I suspect this is a UK wide issue and that it’s not got a lot to do with Drakeford, its more a case of the JVCI changing the criteria for giving Astra to under 40s in May of this year. The order of prioritisation of the vaccine roll out meant they started with the vulnerable and older generations and by the time they started working down the age groups the JVCI issued guidance to stop giving AZ to the under 40s (who were next in the programme) and this left the country with a stock of vaccines they couldn’t use.
I am not Drakeford or Gething fan, but we need to take all the facts in to account.

We studied elements of the consequences of Nazi policy (and Imperial Japanese) in relation to research as an undergraduate. As you were told there is no clear definition. The policies of the three major European fascist states was different as were their leaders. Hitler intensely disliked Franco whose policy making was wedded to the Catholic Church. Mussolini wanted to rebuild a Roman Empire-hence the disastrous war with Britain and its African allies. I know about this from visits to Addis and its museums.
So historically it is difficult to define fascism as a single set of values or
Behaviours. There are clear elements in current right wing populism which you have expressed support for.
Now you also seems to suggest that I have asked for vaccine mandates or passports.
