...but you only call for the removal of Boris, Drakeford you are perfectly fine with...did I get that right, you are not calling for Drakeford to resign? ...and the other posters on this thread who love Drakeford are not calling for him to step down either...
...despite Drakeford being guilty of exactly the same thing as Boris, namely that he implemented lockdown rules on us, which he then ignored.
If you aren't calling for Drakeford to step down as well then you have no business attributing the qualities of; principles, honesty, integrity and respect...to yourself. No business.
Constant whataboutism - zero taking of accountability. Typical tory.

If they didn't have double standards they wouldn't have any standards at all.

Nor have I called for the removal of Bowie in the link below or Boris removal when he didn’t wear the mask in hospital. There is no comparison between the actions of Drakeford and Boris, the latter has shown complete disregard on numerous occasions for the regulations he introduced. The actions and conduct of both cannot be compared. Edit -typo
Anyone who suggests that what Drakeford has got up to compared with what Boris has allegedly been doing, with the current evidence and based on the rules at the time, is either a WUM, deluded American or all three.

I think the UK has more important things to worry about than a birthday cake nearly two years ago.
Russian aggression for one thing. The Irish government has protested to the Russian ambassador about Russian Navy manoeuvres planned off the Irish coast with the 200 mile zone that Ireland controls for shipping and aircraft movements.

Having a birthday party, or any party in fact, isn't reason enough to receive a strike at all
It is when it’s illegal under the laws and regulations in being at that time, part of a much wider pattern of behaviour where similar contempt has been shown towards legislation and particularly when he’s the person who introduced the laws which we were subjected to in the first place.
There were huge restrictions on our civil liberties, people couldn’t go to funerals, meet family members and friends, there was talk of increasing numbers of suicides and he’s caving on as normal. He is the PM and should be leading by example.

The Met have now confirmed they are going to investigate some of the events in Downing Street.
BREAKING: Sue Gray will not publish her partygate report while the Met police investigate. So it will not be published this week and probably not for many weeks. This is some kind of reprieve for the prime minister. She will continue her investigation though

The French used to have a saying for the rich and powerful mocking the ordinary, poor and starving people. “Qu'ils mangent de la brioche!”
The situation we are seeing now is the modern day equivalent. There won’t be as many beheadings now of course but these people have to be shown that they aren’t above the rules and we can punish them.

If any man tried to keep me from my dying family I would literally commit murder. That's because I am free and don't submit to anyone who claims such power. I do not consent.
The virus/bio weapon came from Communist China. The lockdowns came from Communist China. Those that demanded we followed were of the Left, the Left in the UK, the Left in America, the Left in Europe. It is those who reject the left who have dissented, who are out there protesting. Boris, nor his cabinet wanted to go down this route, they were brow beaten into it (because they are weak...which is why Boris probably will have to go, he has tried to please everybody but has only succeeded in pissing off everybody - which is what always happens when you play the Left's games)... ...and everybody knows this to be true, the only opposition from Starmer, Sturgeon and Drakeford has been 'you are not being tyrannical enough'.
...and so we arrive at the inevitable conclusion, the Left ignoring their leaders who broke the rules and demanding Boris' blood whilst holding Boris responsible for imposing the tyranny they demanded.
They are taking you all for idiots, stop playing along.

Claims to be a free spirit but views the world and it’s problems as a binary left vs right dilemma rather than rich and powerful v poor and voiceless. Not everyone can be blessed with critical thinking, unfortunately for the world.
The fact that you truly believe China is a communist country is a hilarity in itself. Wouldn’t put it past you to believe North Korea is free and democratic too

I don't make a claim, I am. That is how I live my life. I see the problem with the Western World as the Leftist ideologues Vs everybody else (there are people who believe themselves to be on the Left now who will be attacked by somebody further to the Left than them in the future...that's how this shit works). The problem in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Pakistan and Bangladesh is the Islamic ideologues (the dynamics of Islamic fanatics are exactly the same as the Western Leftist fanatic religion...exactly the same).
Answer me this (I know you won't, because you are incapable); Why is it that the Democrat party in America, the EU elites and the Left in Britain seem to be aligned with multi-nationals, wall street, London, Frankfurt, the big tech billionaires of California, the corporate media and the rich and famous in the entertainment industry?
Don't kid yourself that people like you speak for the poor and voiceless son, nobody is buying it.

China is controlled, ruthlessly, by the Chinese Communist Party. They achieved total control through the revolutions of Chairman Mao; "Socialism with Chinese characteristics". I believe the point you are clumsily trying to make is that modern China now takes part in the Globalist Capitalist system.
A quick history lesson for you.
- Chinese Socialism had the same effect as all Socialism - namely it resulted in poverty and famine on an unprecedented scale (unprecedented in the context of China - This had already happened in the old Russian Empire of course...because they enacted the dangerous, wrong, ideas of Socialists first).
- This resulted in a rebellion of sorts in South East China, people were forced to engage in Capitalism again there or starve. The Chinese Communist Party had 2 options, crush the upstarts and risk further (more violent) rebellions or turn a blind eye.
- The CCP turned a blind eye and then took the olive branch being offered by the USA under Leftist, failure President Jimmy Carter. Now China permitted Western Capital in certain cities and regions...but with tight restrictions, Chinese Communist Party took their cut every step of the chain.
- This resulted in everybody winning; 1) Chinese Communists retain their grip over the country and the corrupt regime gets richer. 2) Chinese people don't starve, get wealthier (because they are able to be employed by Capitalists - middle management = a middle class) 3) Multinational Corporations now have an extremely large, extremely cheap (slave labour some would call it) Chinese workforce to use in the manufacturing process...all your luxuries are possible because of the exploitation of these people, made possible by the failure of Socialism 4) America and Europe hope that by doing a deal with the CCP and dragging hundreds of millions of Chinese out of peasantry that they will one day benefit from a new huge export market for high tech goods manufactured in the West...
...but of course, because we left the deranged Socialists of the CCP in charge (assisted them to retain their grip on power) this market was never going to pay the dividends we hoped as the deranged Socialist of the CCP were always going to use their new found wealth and power (new in a global context) to attack those evil Capitalists in the West!
Which is what we are all now living through.
The CCP are now making their push at toppling USA from it's perch and becoming the dominant World power. If they succeed we will all be governed by corrupt Socialists, and we will all get poorer.

I don’t think it’s too controversial to say that the rules have been broken on several occasions by Johnson and friends. (Whether you think the rules were wrong is irrelevant.)
What will be controversial is what will happen to the 118,963 people handed out fines if none are brought to the Conservative party.
