Restaurants in and around Gorseinon 20:11 - Mar 21 with 1627 viewsFlashberryjack

Me and the missus will be in Gorseinon tomorrow, we'll be there for about 5:00pm and will be looking for somewhere tidy to eat around that time.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The Kingsbridge Inn is very good…went there last week.

Seagers has a good reputation, haven’t been there for quite a while though.

Had Sunday Lunch at Kingsbridge a few weeks ago, it was ok,
we went to Seagers the Friday of same weekend and it was poor, first time we went, back in summer 2020 although it might have been last summer and it was quality.

On the note of Sunday Lunch, the Eagle in Treboeth will take some beating as would the West Cross Inn.

The kingsbridge is tidy. Reverend James Loughour is also supposed to be good, although not eaten there.

Parents went to Seagers last week and said it was good, albeit service was slow.

Well Flash?

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Things didn't go to plan I'm afraid, after Goseinon we unexpectedly had to go to Sketty, so seeing as it was such a nice day, the missus then wanted to go down to Bistro Pierre in the Mumbles, and have a meal on one of the outside tables.

Got there about 6:15pm (after a difference of opinions) and it was bloody freezing, to top it off, all inside tables were fully booked, so after another difference of opinions (argument)

We then headed back home still hungry and her in one of those moods, but, she had calmed by the time we got to Vesuvios restaurant opposite the Lberty, and to be fair, the food was lovely.

Not the day I'd planned, but it turned out ok in the end, bloody women.

Mumbles on a sunny day is never a good choice unless you've planned ahead

Try telling that to a woman that's already decided it's a good idea.
