If the invasion has been recoiled by then, I would love to see them host it as a message to the world that Russia couldn't defeat them.
In economic terms not sure they could afford it.
Whether it is held there or in another country on their behalf, I would think the other participating countries would probably have to fund it. | |

I think you should feel genuine sorrow for the millions of Ukrainians who have had to leave their country plus the thousand of civilians killed by the Russian.

Yes Russia invaded Afghanistan and after several years they retreated from there as well. That left the Taliban fanatics in charge. I feel the sorrow of the women and girls there.
