The size of their remaining majority still makes them likely to win the next election. It's too big a swing in one go. They'd lose a big chunk of it though.

We’ve finally got a Labour Party that can govern. I know Starmer from private practice. Very, very decent man, looking after junior people in his chambers, doing a lot of free work for poor people. Yvette Cooper is razor sharp, Karl Turner is a great local MP.
