Quite possibly the last ever major performance from a Beatle though so pretty momentous.

I saw Bowie in 2000, by comparison he’s a pub singer.

He's being carried by his band but let's be fair he's amazing for 80.

The set list is letting him down.

I've just heard from a mate who's there and Dave Grohl is joining him soon.

Agreed, He's an imposter, remember that ebony and ivory song, it was bloody toneless, and that was 40 years ago.

Waterfalls is pretty good. I don’t think this is the moment to judge the career of an 80 year old.

Is Dave Grohl the head of the Illuminati? How the f*ck did he get in on this???

He’s fast becoming the James Corden of the music world. Involved in everything. A far cry from when I first saw him drumming (superbly) for Nirvana

He is good for 80, but let's not go down that route, as picking on pensioners, the guy has been toneless since the 70's.

If he appeared on a show like the x factor ten year ago, he would have been buzzed out. Three big XXX

Eighty years of age, seriously good.
Stamina, brilliant.
Getting up there like every artist, can’t fault him.
Set, dreadful.
If he didn’t have those Beatles ( fair play ) songs he would be on the introducing stage.

Hasn’t written a half decent song since 1968 😉👍

taking it all into account, 80! a mixture of emotions here after me being a young boy playing a brush in the front room while the Beatles played on the B/W TV in the corner.

Production put on a brill show for those that were there fair doos , in the end a good show, but Macca must surely now retire gracefully, he hasn't the voice at his age like old Tom J.

Glad he had that audience moment with Hey Jude, it must have been awesome there that atmosphere.

I like the foos but as you say grohls constant desire to be liked would have made cobain cringe , as for macca I respect everything he did with the Beatles but his solo career has mostly produced garbage
