I look at other clubs who have taken the same route and stuck with the manager.
So he would get my vote purely because he would get us promoted.

I have say from two play offs then relegation , if theres a hint of us struggling this season then I hope he goes well before that happens

If we are anywhere near relegation and the board haven’t sacked him then heads should roll.

The man has a track record of failure, why are some willing to gamble the club on a bloke that has shown he is nothing other than inept.

If he relegates us with one of the biggest budgets in the league he shouldn’t manage at this level again let alone at our club.

He won't be anywhere near the club if we fall to the bottom.
Anyway,it's rather negative isnt it

Shouldnt the question be,if we are not top 6, will he still be at the club.

This season is one when we simply cannot afford to fall;otherwie we will crumble completely and nobody can ay definatively that could not happen.

We hope.

That's it.

Agreed and then it will take an experienced hand to recover . the situation, which we should have done instead of appointing Rusty.

If we are bottom half at Xmas he should be sacked. 13th and I’d seriously consider handing him his P45.

Had he shown that he can take other clubs to success then he may get some sort of leeway. But the leeway he has been given for a manager that has never finished in the top half in any season he is managed is already crazy.

It’s akin to a manager who has a champions league win under his belt. I’ve never in my life seen such a scenario where a manager has been given the absolute run of this club with no track record of success or no success at our own club.

It’s quickly becoming a very dangerous scenario where the manager is becoming more than the club and people simply cannot admit the bloke is a disaster. The fact we are talking about him relegating us and being okay with it shows how much we have fallen in the 12/13 months he’s been here.

As has been said, we should be fixated and laser focussed on these top 6 places with the squad we have. Not thinking about giving him yet another season of dismal failure and pay him for the pleasure.

The obsessive "support" he has is worrying .

He deserves nothing like that.

We need rid before he does us real damage. Joseph is the next to be ruined by this man as it looks Cullen is seen to be preferred.

Why

Can't blame the Club for taking a punt on him but you can if he outstays his welcome and doesn't go .anyway atm it's all academic ,Rovers tomorrow with us thumping them and even OHL will be beaming

That depends on how close the league is for me, if we are 13th but only a point or two off the playoffs i think he stays.
If we are miles off the pace im afraid he has to go. He will have been given a fair crack of 18 months, time to prove it.
